What is a development application?
A development application, or DA, is a proposal submitted to a planning authority for assessment. It can cover changes such as a new home, alterations or a larger development. An application is a proposal; its status tells you where it is in the process.
What will MyStreet email me about?
Relevant activity near your monitored properties, such as a new application, public exhibition or an important status change. You can change your radius, pause alerts or unsubscribe.
How do I sign in without a password?
Enter your email and we’ll send a one-time code. Enter that code to sign in securely and manage your alerts.
Are my monitored properties public?
No. Your email and monitored-property list are private account information. Public development applications can be explored without an account.
